ABOUT ME

Here's a little bit about me: 

I’m half British and half Moroccan, I’ve been living in Montreal Quebec since the age of 5, I like to call Paris my second home and I dream of living in New York one day. This might explain my eclectic tastes from vintage to modern, from quirky to classic.

My real passion is children’s design, which dates from when I first studied fashion design, almost 12 years ago. Since then, I have worked in the fashion industry, I had my own kid’s label- Laila b.  and even the coolest children’s Boutique -MossPink.  Having kids has changed my priorities and things a little; I am now a working mom of 2 ( Mister M  is 5 ½ and Miss E is 3 ½ ), and wife to an amazing husband who goes along with all of my crazy projects. 

In my spare time I like to make things with or for my kids or I blog. I’m the Art Director behind Novalee Magazine and I also blog over at Babyccino’s . You might have noticed, I’m dangerously addicted to Pinterest. 

I can’t live without my morning coffee, I love colors although I wear mainly shades of black, I hate to cook unless it’s sushi for 20, can you believe I don’t brush my hair everyday, and more than anything I love to dance! Oh and I hate winter...
