Hello my name is Celina!
and here is my story...
I am a children's wear designer, working mom of two, to Mister M and Miss E and wife to my loving husband. I’m half British and half Moroccan, I’ve been living in Montreal Quebec since the age of 5, I like to call Paris my second home and I dream of living in New York one day. This might explain my eclectic tastes from vintage to modern, from quirky to classic.
My real passion is children’s design, which dates from when I first studied fashion design, 17 years ago. Since then, I have worked in the fashion industry, I had my own up-cycled kid’s label- Laila b. and even the coolest indie designer children’s Boutique -MossPink. I've been blogging for the past 5 years and have been able to keep my passion alive through it. You can find me talking and sharing my creation right here on the blog. I am the creator/editor first online sewing magazine for kids STYLO Magazine. I also have a collection of PDF sewing patterns for kids- check out the shop! I am also what you call a Influencial Tastemaker with over 3million followers on Pinterest. You can find me contributing to EBAY as an influencer/ content creator daily with tutorials, collections and guides. You can say I like to keep busy!
When I am not blogging, designing, creating patterns or pinning, you can find me taking photos and videos of my family. I've become slightly obsessed, you can see some of my photos on Instagram or here on my "Photography" page. I've recently discovered the world of Documentary Family Photography, since then my camera never leaves my side and find myself capturing the little moments, the fleeting ones that I never want to forget. I have embarked on a 366 project ( one photo a day) and you can find me every week over at the Sham Of The Perfect and occasionally on The Luminance Project.
Things you might not know about me:
I can’t live without my morning coffee, I love colours although I wear mainly shades of black, I hate to cook unless it’s sushi for 20, can you believe I don’t brush my hair everyday, and more than anything I love to dance!
Oh and I hate winter... I to wonder why I live in winter wonderland!
I really hope you enjoy it here!
